How do I find my photos?
Go to Find Your Photos and search by your name, team name, or division. Filter by heat and lane to narrow it down.
What's included in each package?
Every package includes professionally edited photos, a highlight video, a private digital gallery and high-resolution downloads. See the Packages page for details.
When will I receive my photos and videos?
Photos go up shortly after your workout is complete. Highlight videos are finished that same week, before Friday.
Can I purchase an individual highlight video separately?
Team package buyers can add individual highlight videos for $25 per athlete at checkout.
How do I download my photos and videos?
Right after payment you land on your private gallery. Lost it? Use Find My Order with the email you paid with. Download single files or the full gallery.
What if I can't find my name or team?
Visit the media booth or email us with your heat and lane — we'll locate your gallery.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If you have any problems, come to me directly and I'll take care of it.
